Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.

Stacy Francis Stacy Francis is a true local, born at Riverside Hospital (now known as St. Vincents!). She began her career in Real Estate before she even turned 20 working for a national home builder. She went from administrative duties to home design and finally to site sales as she moved her way up! Stacy absolutely loved helping her clients build their dream homes. She learned more and more with every build and had a gift for guiding people towards the important milestones of new construction while maintaining excitement over things like paint color and light fixtures.
When Stacy married her husband, Keith, she decided to focus on raising their family (which grew to three beautiful children). But after several years, the Real Estate bug bit her again and she decided, this time, to go back to work as an independent Realtor (instead of working for a builder). She has since rediscovered her love of digging in to find out what is most important to her clients and helping them get into the perfect home, whether it's a resale or new construction.
If she's not with her family or helping other families' Real Estate dreams come true, you'll find her at Taekwondo, cheer, basketball, tee-ball, or soccer practice for one of her children!

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5. Put down toilet seats. 6. Wipe down all surfaces. 7. Make sure no dirty dishes are in sight. 8. Make all of the beds. 9. Take out all the garbage. 10. Add fresh plants. 11.
