Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Shannon Wegznek Growing up in the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia area), Shannon grew up with real estate in her family. Her father was a real estate investor and her mother a residential real estate agent. While she grew up and achieved a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, the real estate world kept calling! When she finally gave in and got her license, the rest of her career fell right into place!
Shannon is especially well-equipped to help people through emotionallycharged transactions. A gifted listener and peaceful presence, she is more concerned with her clients' needs than she is with how much money they're looking to spend. "I'm in the business for the people," she likes to say. She says that any transaction that ends with her clients getting what they want and need absolutely thrills her, and it's why she does what she does.
When she isn't helping her clients buy and sell property, she has some outsideof-the-box hobbies! She loves working at and attending music events and festivals around the country. She spins and juggles fire props (and never gets burned!). She even makes her own soy candles! Of course, if it's been a long day, you'll find her on the couch with her boxer, Tucker.

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5.
