Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.

J. "Sabina" De Boer J. "Sabina" de Boer (also known as Sabina Ursem or Jacoba de Boer, but that is a story she'd much rather tell you in person!) was born in Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands. She has never been one to sit still as the head of the PTO at her children's elementary school, the team manager of her son's ECNL soccer team, and an event/hospitality coordinator for a non-profit organization! However, her professional passion and first true love have always been real estate.
When she moved to the United States in 2015 with her family, she got a feel for the St. Johns County area and decided that this would be a beautiful place to continue her real estate career. She is a big believer in relationship-building. Whether it's over a cup of tea or coffee the personal connection she makes with her clients is what guides her in helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives! One of the first things Sabina's clients will tell you is that in a dynamic, overwhelming real estate transaction, she will somehow still make it fun!
Open, organized, decisive, and always personally involved, Sabina knows structure and a high-level attention to detail makes the process easy for you. Her personal motto, "Say what you do and do what you say," is how she runs her business and life.
