Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Lindsay Ellis Lindsay originally hails from Columbia, Missouri but has been here in Northeast Florida since attending the University of North Florida! Her business management degree led her to the lending world. Linsday began as a loan processor and underwriter. She learned a tremendous amount from her years in mortgage lending.
When she decided she wanted to work for herself, real estate was the natural next step. She soon obtained her real estate license and using her mortgage background, she found a rhythm in the business. As she progressed in real estate, she quickly learned that she wouldn't be able to be an "all-business" Realtor. Her clients became incredibly important to her and, because of that, her job became less about the paycheck and more about the relationships she was building. When she meets a new client, she immediately tells them, "You'll become my family." Lindsay even heard from two different past clients when they found out they were expecting children, telling her thank you for helping them find the home to raise their families. Her desire to put people first is what drew her to Round Table Realty, and now she's able to practice as a single agent.
When she isn't helping her clients buy and sell property, she's volunteering at the humane society! She's already rescued two cats, a dog named Tater, and a bunny named Trix.

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5. Put down toilet seats. 6. Wipe down all surfaces. 7. Make sure no dirty dishes are in sight. 8. Make all of the beds. 9. Take out all the garbage. 10. Add fresh plants. 11.
