Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.

Kathy Wills Born in Searcy, Arkansas, Kathy Wills chose to be a mom first. Like many women, as her daughters, Sadie and Olivia, grew older and more independent she felt ready to put her skills and nurturing personality to good use. After experiencing the joy that comes along with purchasing her and her husband's dream home, Kathy decided to get her Real Estate license and help others find their dream homes. Living in Panama City, Florida at the time, Kathy helped what would be her final customer of 2017 just before Hurricane Michael struck. Her family lost everything from cherished photographs to the roof on their dream home. Left with nothing but a messy piece of land, Kathy used her Real Estate knowledge to sell the property and give her family the chance to purchase another home here in Jacksonville, Florida where her husband could easily relocate and her children could attend the A-rated schools of St. Johns County. She joined Round Table Realty because she knows how life-changing the purchase or sale of a home can be, as well as the emotional toll the process can take! Her heart-first mentality means she goes above and beyond the call of duty for every client because so often, her clients become her friends.
When she's not helping her clients buy or sell homes, she's practicing jui-jitsu and muay thai, watching football (Go Steelers!), or enjoying a quiet afternoon with some Christian music or classic rock!

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5. Put down toilet seats. 6. Wipe down all surfaces. 7. Make sure no dirty dishes are in sight. 8. Make all of the beds. 9. Take out all the garbage. 10. Add fresh plants. 11.
