Who is RTR? Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?
Haley Parker Haley graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Psychology. When she decided to purchase her first home as a single woman, the process was daunting, scary, and overwhelming. Haley felt fortunate to have a Realtor who made her feel comfortable and guided her through every step of the process. When she closed on her new home, she had an idea that perhaps she could use her desire to help people and her degree in psychology to help other first time homebuyers the same way her agent helped her.
After becoming a Realtor, Haley discovered that she truly saw her career through a "people first" lens. She values her clients' wants and needs and worked hard to ensure their decision was right for them, not for the sale. Haley is committed to keeping her clients focused on their dreams and goals; she never wants them to compromise.
When she isn't helping her clients buy and sell real estate, she loves cooking, traveling, hiking, and visiting local bars and breweries. She also loves hanging out with her twin boys, Brooks and Maverick, or cuddling with them and her Mini Australian Shepherd named Goku.

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5. Put down toilet seats. 6. Wipe down all surfaces. 7. Make sure no dirty dishes are in sight. 8. Make all of the beds. 9. Take out all the garbage. 10. Add fresh plants. 11. Bake cookies or light a scented candle.
