Who We Are My brokers, Keith and Howard, started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Georgina Essa Georgina was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. One of five children and a huge extended family, the value of teamwork and service is in her DNA. In college, she studied Supervision and Business Management, with a minor in Fine Arts. Her eclectic background combining strategy and empathy was a strength as she excelled in corporate America's finance world for over 10 years; but eventually, her deep-seated love of serving people outweighed her love of a steady paycheck, and she decided to make a career change. Real estate was a natural transition for Georgina. Her ability to listen for details, see the big picture, and nurture her clients through a challenging transaction now matched her systems skillset, and that's why her new career took off so quickly. Not to mention - helping people had her hooked! She loves the fact that she can literally change people's lives with her job. Whether it's buying a first home, helping her client to grow into a larger home, selling an investment property, or finding the perfect retirement property, she is there for the milestones, and she never takes that for granted. When she's not helping others, she's using her fine arts degree to paint beautiful landscapes. You'll find her pieces hanging throughout her own home and many of her family members' homes as well! She's also always designing new spaces in her own home, like painting walls or adding shelves. Every time she finds a fun and inexpensive way to upgrade her own home, she shares it with her clients! (Those little details are what helps her clients close on their homes faster and at the price they're hoping for!) She and her husband Michael, married in 2009, have two amazing children, Julianna and Nicholas. Together, they love weekends spent together with the family Shiba Inu named Sora!

We Hold Escrow People Before Property means holding your binder (the money you put down when your purchase offer is accepted). Should the sale fall through, the seller could fight to keep that money. Holding your escrow means you have the option to get that money back for free via the state. No lawyers.

What a wonderful experience I had with Georgina. I looked for houses only one day and it was my fourth house that I ended up buying. And it was beautiful. Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5.
