Who Round Table Realty Is Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.

Courtney Warren Courtney great up in the metro DC area but moved to Colorado in 2001 to begin her career in the mortgage industry. While she enjoyed being a processor, she wished that she could work one on one with the people she was helping. When she met her husband, they both agreed that Courtney would be a stay-at-home mom if they had children. And as luck would have it they had two beautiful, awesome kids and she was able to stay home with them and watch them grow. But, after almost 10 years, Courtney decided it was time to go back to work. Real estate was always in the back of her mind - it combined her love of the home searching/buying process with her bubbly, people-person personality. She got her real estate license and within just a few months was already helping people to buy and sell homes (and she's been doing it ever since). Courtney prides herself on the joy she brings to the process of real estate. In constant communication with her clients, she is never one to mince words or leave her clients in the dark. If you work with Courtney, you get her full attention, full heart, and years of experience. When she isn't wearing her Realtor hat, you can find her at the beach, a Jags game (with a Corona and a lime), or working out at her local Orange Theory Fitness. While she loves her family to pieces, she has a special obsession with her dogs Baxter and Lexi.

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5. Put down toilet seats. 6. Wipe down all surfaces. 7. Make sure no dirty dishes are in sight. 8. Make all of the beds. 9. Take out all the garbage. 10. Add fresh plants. 11. Bake cookies or light a scented candle.
