Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Courtney Drury "Treat others the way you'd like to be treated". My mom taught me this golden rule when I was younger and it's something that stuck with me. I use it as a guide in both my personal and professional life. Customer service is always my top priority and I'm proud to say that I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years that consider me a friend. I understand that buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. My goal is to use my fifteen years of experience in this industry to simplify the process and help my clients make informed choices. I try to reduce the stress buyers and sellers are feeling and offer them confidence that they're making the best decision for them. I understand everyone's needs and time frames are different. I tell my clients I'm on their time. I'm there whenever they need me but will never pressure them to rush into a decision. I am originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University. I relocated with my husband in 2004 and we love calling Jacksonville home. I have two young children, Owen and Olivia, that keep me on my toes and entertain me everyday. I started selling new construction homes for a builder in 2005 then transitioned to general real estate in 2009. I chose Round Table Realty because I was drawn to their philosophy of putting people before property. The knowledge and support my team offers helps me ensure great customer service.
