After the 179th Grand Jury investigated the allegation of assault, "Dr." Candice Matthews made against her husband, Ronnie Calvin Matthews, they "NO-BILLED" him. At the time Candice made the allegation that her husband assaulted her he already been previously arrested for assault and could have spent a considerable amount of time in prison, if he had been convicted of "Assault of a Family Member" in the 263rd Criminal District Court.
