"I'm struggling to understand how, and why , "Dr." Candice Matthews is not still locked up in a prison somewhere for what she did to her ex-husband - James Enecio . What did she do? According to the Police, "Dr." Candice Matthews Either Planted Or Had Drugs Planted on Her Ex-Husbands Vehicle at His Job Why wasn't this woman arrested for this inci dent? Look, according to THE VETERAN'S AFFAIRS POLICE DEPARTMENT RECORD from April 2015 , "Dr." Candice Matthews was the culprit in a serious crime. What did she do? I'm about to tell you if you hold your horses!!! I pulled this information from some official documents regarding the incident that occurred back in April 2015. So, it was reported by an anonymous female that she had reason to believe that there was an employee at Veterans Affairs that was dealing drugs from his vehicle. The reporter ("Dr." Candice Matthews) gave specific information in regard to where they would find drugs, the license plate number of the vehicle, and where the alleged drug dealer resided. The information provided matched that of the father (James Enecio), "Dr." Candice Matthews' ex-husband. When they searched his (James Enecio's) vehicle, they found drugs in magnetic boxes attached to the father's vehicle by the muffler and the windshield wipers . o drugs or drug traces were found in the father's vehicle accordi ng to the pol ice report. And as a side note, the Harris County District Attorney's Office declined to press criminal charges against James Enecio once they traced the anonymous phone call that was placed to them about the illegal drugs back to Dr. Candice Matthews. But don't take my word for it, the officer on the scene noted that the anonymous ("Dr." Candice Matthews made him believe that she "Dr." Candice Matthews did not personally know James Enecio -- which was a lie -- she "Dr." Candice Matthews was in a custody battle with James Enecio at the time. IfDr. Matthews is forced to file suit to stop your wrongful conduct, she will seek punitive damages and an award of her attorney fees , as well as litigation expenses. Under the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, it is unlawful for an individual to make deliberate statements intended to haim a person ' s reputation without factual evidence or based on hearsay. IF YOU DO NOT CEASE ALL RELATED STATEMENTS, A DEFAMATION LAWSUIT WILL BE COMMENDED AGAI ST you, Aubrey R. Taylor, and you doing business as AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS for causes of action to include: Defamation: Libel/Libel Per Se, Invasion of Privacy, Business Disparagement, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, Nonconsensual Online Publication of Marriage Information, and Publicity of Private Facts Against Aubrey R. Taylor and AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS. In the event of a civil suit, my client will seek damages in excess of $125 ,000.00. Finally, in closing, for you, and you doing business as AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS , for the Blog Publications made July 3, 2021 , July 8, 2021 , and July 9, 2021, for the violations asserted, a demand is made for payment of $35 ,000.00, to be paid on or before July 31 , 2021 , 5:00 PM, in the form ofa cashier' s check made payable to "Jimmie L. J. Brown, Jr. , Attorney at Law". In addition, this shall serve as a pre-suit letter demanding that you provide this office written assurance within 10 days that you will cease and desist from making further factually untrue and incomplete statements. In addition, demand is made that you reimburse Dr. Matthews $3 ,500.00 for the drafting of this letter. You are to make payment to me in the form of a cashier' s check made payable to my office on or before July 31 , 2021, 5 :00 PM.
