Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development and Investment Realtors, and Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, were both identified as absentee mail ballot harvesters in this sworn affidavit. Charles "Chuck" Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist, signed the affidavit, which was submitted in a case before the Texas Supreme Court on September 27, 2020. Aubrey R.
