Sean was so awesome to work with! He helped us stay positive, excited, and motivated which was extremely important while on a hunt for a home in this current market. The competition was intimidating, and we were worried we would run into bidding wars, but Sean didn’t seem nervous about that and found us the perfect match: a new home in a growing area that we snagged on our first offer! It was a quick and pleasant process thanks to Sean. We were also extremely grateful for his attention and sensitivity to us, our situation, and our questions. He is quick to respond and will make you laugh along the way! There is no one out there that we would rather use in a process like buying or selling a home. We love Sean and highly recommend him!

Trying to navigate the current market, we knew we wanted an experienced REALTOR ®. Adding to the complexity we were also out of state buyers. We met with Sean virtually and he walked us through the process. He was detailed and answered all of our questions. He guided us through every step of the way and was always attentive. After having sold two homes and purchased three homes, we can truly say Sean is the best REALTOR ® we’ve had.

Sean did a wonderful job with our listing. He was always responsive and did what he said he would do. We had multiple offers the first weekend and sold our home for above asking price.

Sean and his team did a great job throughout the entire process of selling our home. We had many showings and a few offers the first weekend we were on the market, and closed in less than 30 days from the time we listed. Sean was easy to get in contact with and very responsive through the whole process. He helped us analyze the different offers and accept one that worked best for our situation. We are very pleased with the service we received from Sean and his team at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and will use them again in the future for buying and selling real estate. Highly recommend!
