Q2-2026

Q2-2026 MARKET REPORT

The Greenwich real estate market remained exceptionally strong throughout the second quarter, with buyer demand driving meaningful price appreciation despite fewer closed sales. Limited inventory continued to fuel a competitive market, where well-positioned homes sold quickly and often at or above asking price.

Greenwich continues to attract discerning buyers drawn to its exceptional homes, lifestyle and enduring value. As we enter the second half of the year, market fundamentals remain strong. Sellers who price and present their homes strategically continue to achieve outstanding results, while prepared buyers are finding opportunities as inventory gradually improves.

At Houlihan Lawrence, we remain committed to delivering the expertise, local insight and trusted guidance that have defined our market leadership for generations. We are grateful for the opportunity to guide buyers and sellers with confidence through every stage of their real estate journey.

With Warm Regards,

39 BROOKRIDGE DRIVE, GREENWICH CT, CT Set on 2.43 in-town acres, this 2027 estate blends
