3-DAY EXPERIENCE IN THE COFFEE CULTURAL LANDSCAPE DAY 1: Rest in the middle of the Coffee Cultural Landscape Accommodation room overlooking the garden or the mountains. Dinner with our options of fresh dishes and a la carte. Relaxing night in our heated jacuzzi treated with sea salt.
DAY 2: The Coffee Experience 8 am: American-style breakfast with fresh produce from the farm. 9 am: Coffee Tour: Germination, Harvesting, Drying, Roasting, Grinding, Tasting, Plantation of a new coffee plant.
12 m: Lunch with typical dishes of the region. 2 pm: Coffee tasting. 4 pm: Preparation and methods. 7 pm: Dinner / 8:30 pm: Coffee Night with music and bonfire.
DAY 3: Knowing the Destination 8 am: Breakfast and departure.
OUR CULTURE ON A PATH
Our Coffee Tour is a guided and vivid experience where you learn about the Sustainable Coffee process from the seed to the palate, through carefully prepared stations and trails in a productive farm of the Coffee Cultural Landscape.
This farm has historically been a coffee-producing farm, therefore, our plantations are authentic crops for productive purposes. Every day farmers from our region walk these trails while taking care of our coffee trees from the variety "Castillo Rosario", "Tabi", "Caturro" and "Geisha".
AN EXQUISITE CULTURE
We call this great guadua structure “El Guardián”, built by a great farmer-gatherer, whom besides being a master in guadua construction, is also a recognized troubadour.
This place blends nature with modern architecture, making it a unique space in the region; Its lighting and unparalleled views of the coffee mountains and nearby towns provide a special atmosphere to share with family and friends. The viewpoint is made of guadua and has three floors. We also have a bonfire center, cafeteria, bar and a generous parking lot.
