Diagnosis: Eccrine Spiradenoma Eccrine spiradenoma is a rare benign tumor located in the subcutaneous tissues but arising from eccrine sweat glands in the skin, with an extremely rare potential for malignant transformation. Sonographic appearance is typically of a well-circumscribe lobulated hypoechoic lesion with internal vascularity, but imaging appearance is nonspecific and histology is required for diagnosis. Surgical resection is curative.
