Clinical History

62 year old male with mildly tender soft tissue mass along the anteromedial aspect of the right elbow for 6 months.

Diagnosis: Benign Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor - Schwannoma

Schwannomas are a type of peripheral nerve sheath tumor usually presenting as a slow-growing soft tissue mass.

These lesions may become symptomatic due to mass effect on adjacent structures or compression of the adjacent nerve.

Central cystic degeneration or hemorrhage may occur.
