Üloop™ RTEX tackles garment factory cutting waste by transforming scraps destined for landfills into high-performance fabrics, reducing carbon emissions by 71% per yard compared to conventional virgin polyester.

This carbon reduction figure is based on calculations comparing Üloop RTEX-SCBA0-1916 fabric (T75D Recycled Polyester*RTEX T20"S) to Virgin Polyester fabric (T75D*T20"S).

Our responsible production process utilizes Subeco recycled nylon yarn, created through a collaboration between FCFC and King Chou Marine Technology Co.—Taiwan’s largest commercial fishing net producer. We ensure full traceability throughout the entire supply chain.

Produced through a chemical recycling process, this high-quality yarn offers excellent dyeability and processing efficiency. It can be tailored to meet specific end-user performance requirements.

Unlike traditional recycled polyester from PET bottles, our process completely removes colors and impurities, delivering performance equivalent to virgin materials while reducing fossil resource dependency.
