Led by the Legal Project Manager, the LPM team worked with the lead attorney and the client to define the workflow and determine necessary steps for completing the project. The LPM team ensured all tasks were assigned and completed by utilizing a workflow and process map while also tracking fees throughout the duration of the project. The Legal Project Manager was responsible for leading client communications during the delivery phase of the project (including twiceweekly status meetings), managing the assignment of work among the attorneys, tracking questions and answers from the client, providing internal fees and progress reporting and updating the shared license tracker.
One of our clients requested Honigman’s assistance in securing over 100 business licenses for a newly acquired general contractor business. By leveraging the LPM team and Flexible Staffing Solutions, the Honigman team was able to complete the project within budget and on time.
