Please note: Ballot Boxes will only be open in the Honest Weight Parking Lot on Monday October 26, 7am – 8pm and Tuesday October 27, 8am – 5pm. Ballots and envelopes will be available at the HWFC. You will NOT be able to submit your ballots after boxes are closed.

Votes cast on paper ballots are cast as follows: 1. Complete each ballot and place all of them in a single blank envelope and seal it 2. Place this envelope in another blank, outer envelope and mark it with your member number and name 3. At the voting table outside the co-op, sign the outer envelope with ballot box “holders” as witness 4. Deposit the envelope in one of the ballot boxes

Paper ballots will not be counted for any of the following reasons: ballots are not in an envelope the envelope doesn't have the member's Member Number and signature the Member-Owner did not attend the meeting the ballot is submitted by someone other than the Member-Owner that cast the votes multiple ballots for the same issue are submitted for the same Member-Owner
