Flake flooring consists of Two Pack heavy duty epoxy resin base coats inlayed with multi coloured chips and overcoated with a series of clear uv stable polyurethane top coats. Flake flooring offers different sized flake and design an unlimited colour range. Standard colours can be customized to

A new mandatory Seller’s Disclosure Regime has been introduced in Queensland. The requirement for a seller disclosure statement will commence on 1 August 2025. This regime applies to the sale of both residential and commercial property in Queensland.
