For stores, this means a shift in focus — moving away from SMS and Email sign-ups to driving +More Club registrations. Customer communications will continue through SMS (Thursday) and email (Monday, Thursday & Saturday) and now be further supported by app push notifications.
Customers can scan their +More Card directly at the till and with increased offers, Trolley Dash opportunities and strong In-Store Campaign Support, this is an exciting step forward in enhancing the customer experience.

Looking to the future, the team is focused on making the website even faster, smarter and more AI-ready. As online shopping evolves, the Web Team is already exploring AI and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to help ensure Home Store + More products are easy to discover through AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
And finally… online shopping now offers customers access to nearly 2,000 Exclusively Online products across categories like Kitchen Appliances, Bedding, Bathroom Accessories, Cleaning and Garden — featuring brands including Russell Hobbs, Tefal, Bosch, Kärcher and Catherine Lansfield.

WELLBEING UPDATE
Following its success over the last couple of years, the Social Committee was delighted to bring back once again “Move it for May" for 2026, which was held throughout last month. Open to all colleagues, this challenge was all about getting active, having fun and staying connected. One of the best parts each year is seeing the fantastic energy, interaction and photos shared by everyone along the way - and this year was no different.

In the Staff Relay Series Race we managed to finish top of the retail companies, crowning us as Ireland’s Fastest Retailer!

DONATED TO LOCAL CAUSES LAST TERM
Our Community Fund gives colleagues the opportunity to make a difference in the communities in which they live and work. We encourage colleagues from all stores, our DC and Head Office to nominate a community cause to receive a donation. A community cause can be anything from a Registered Charity, a Youth Educational Institution or a Project with Impact.
Last term, we donated €40,500 in gift cards and cash to causes such as Children’s Grief Centre in Limerick, Le Leche League of Ireland in Portlaoise, Castlewarren Community Field in Carlow and St. Brendan’s Nursing Home in Castlebar.
