This quarter has been one of momentum, growth, and possibility both in howweserveourcommunitytodayandhowwearepreparingforthefuture.
A standout moment was our annual Hunt for Housing held on March 26th, which brought together supporters, partners, and advocates in a truly meaningful way. The success of this event not only strengthened our ability toexpandhousingstabilityandopportunity,butalsoservedasareminderof the deep commitment our community shares to ensuring everyone has accesstosafeandaffordablehousing.
Across all of our housing counseling services, we continue to focus on quality, accessibility, and impact. From homelessness prevention, to tenant counselingandeducation,landlordsupportandeducation,homeownership educationandcounseling,andpostpurchasesupport,ourteamworksevery daytomeetpeoplewheretheyareandrespondtoanincreasinglycomplex housing landscape. This broad, holistic approach allows us to support householdsateverystageofhousingstability.
To strengthen that work, we are prioritizing ongoing crosstraining for our housing counseling staff. This quarter, those efforts are enhancing client service by increasing flexibility, reducing barriers between programs, and ensuring clients receive wellrounded support while also creating meaningfulopportunitiesforstaffprofessionalgrowthanddevelopment.

We are also excited about upcoming technological advancements that will improvetheclientexperienceacrossallprograms.Theseimprovementswill streamline processes, expand access to services, and make it easier for clients and partners alike to engage with us allowing our staff to spend more time focused on what matters most: supporting people and building solutions.
Finally, we are looking ahead with optimism as we continue to develop an exciting and diverse pipeline of affordable homeownership projects scheduled for 2026 and beyond. These projects represent long‑term investments in community stability, wealthbuilding, and opportunity, and they complement our counseling and education services by expanding the availabilityofaffordablehomes.

Thesecondquartermarksasignificant accelerationinconstructionactivityforHOME,Inc. aswemovefromprojectcompletionintoafull pipelineofnewdevelopment.Withsixhomes wrappingupconstruction,ourfocusshiftstoward deliveringquality,affordablehousingtofamilies whilemaintainingmomentumacrossmultiple sites.Atthesametime,anothersixhomeswill breakgroundinApril,creatingasteadyflowof activitythatwillcarrythroughthesummer months.
BetweenMayandJuly,anadditionalthreesinglefamilyhomeswillbegin,furtherexpandingour impactandreinforcingourcommitmentto neighborhoodrevitalization.Lookingahead, Septemberwillmarkthestartofafour-unitrow homeprojectalong6thAvenue,representinga strategicsteptowardincreasingdensityand maximizingavailableland.
