CERAMIC MATRIX
This master bathroom features Ceramic Matrix’s Billie Ombré Jazz Glass, an ode to legendary jazz musician Billie Holiday. Tracing Holiday’s trademark melodic vocalizations along a wave of vibrant colored glass, this feature creates an overall ombré effect. Seen here in Ombré Blue, which takes you from a glistening navy to a cool sky blue, the Billie Ombré sheet offers a unique array of design possibilities. SOUTH FLORIDA ARCHITECTURE South Florida Architecture’s client desired a large, two-story home with open spaces. After observing the home site, which is situated on Little Sarasota Bay, they knew they wanted to create a unique design to capture this lot’s expansive bay views. A unique design was achieved by creating opportunities for natural light to permeate throughout the home while also maintaining privacy for the homeowners. PAULA BRODY ARTIST INSPIRATIONS ARTIST & DESIGN GALLERY As a mixed media artist, Paula Brody is best known for her unique paper sculptures, created with her hand-painted papers applied onto canvas in a wave-like pattern. Most popular in a myriad of blues, these original collages were inspired by the various colorations of ocean waters. Paula enjoys creating commissioned wave pattern sculptures in metallic tones of silver or gold into white. She also creates original art in soft textured neutrals that offer visual interest in a room but do not compete with other elements in decor. Paula offers workshops at Inspirations, her gallery in the Naples Art District, inspiring others to discover their own inner artist. ALEXIS MARIE INTERIORS This project was a labor of love, as Alexis Marie Interiors completed renovations progressively throughout this home at a comfortable pace for their clients. While the home has beautiful bones and structure, some of the finishes, treatments, and furniture were dated. NAPLES KITCHEN & BATH Naples Kitchen & Bath ensures a seamless design-build process with their in-house team of designers and remodeling experts. For this project, the Naples Kitchen & Bath team worked with the homeowners to achieve an open floor plan featuring all the modern conveniences they desired. They reconfigured the main living areas to make best use of the spaces while keeping the importance of entertaining in mind. Walls were removed to install a larger kitchen island that seats six in order to accommodate the client’s big family. The living room’s exterior wall was pushed out 10 feet to increase space in the new great room. In addition to the new, larger kitchen, the dining room is now located where the old family room was, completing the open-concept feel. DENISE FOGARTY INTERIORS The residents of the Le Ciel Penthouse decided on the property for its beautiful views and its prime location in the coveted Park Shore neighborhood. Looking to upgrade the originally dated space, Denise Fogarty Interiors focused on a strategic remodel, including upgrades to the kitchen through updated cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. Breathtaking waterfront scenery is the perfect backdrop for clean lines and coastal chic decor. The living and dining area is arranged to focus on the unobstructed view of the Gulf Shore and white sanded beaches. ARTISAN ASSOCIATES Artisan Associates recently remodeled this home in the Conners Vanderbilt Beach community. The home was sitting below flood levels, so Artisan removed the roof and raised the living space to the appropriate elevation. Kitchen: The custom white nickel gap hood ties in with the nickel gap ceiling treatment and focal wall in the living room. White floating shelves create easy access to daily drinkware and dinnerware while showing off the gorgeous blue tile herringbone backsplash. Living Room: The living room was enlarged and defined by a white painted box beam and nickel gap ceiling treatment. A focal wall was created with white base cabinets and taupe floating shelves flanking a central section clad in white nickel gap where the television is mounted. The living room is a handsome and comfortable space where the owner can dine at the custom sofa console without worrying about dirtying his new sofas. The cozy leather recliners are perfect for watching sporting events and movies.

Master Bedroom: This room was dressed up with white nickel gap on the ceiling and a sliding glass barn door to the master bathroom. The handsome bed adds an organic feel to the fresh new space. Master Bathroom: The crisp and fresh master bathroom has white nickel gap on the vanity wall and tray ceiling. Custom white cabinets sit atop white and gray hexagon floor tiles that run into the shower where they meet gray wall tiles and a clear, frameless glass enclosure. The vanity’s countertop is made of Ocean Jasper Silestone, which accents the crisp white custom cabinetry.

LMG DESIGN CONSULTING FOR PIZZAZZ INTERIORS & STOCK DEVELOPMENT
LMG Design Consulting for Pizzazz Interiors utilizes slate blue, taupe, and crisp white as the backdrop for burnished-gold light fixtures and clean line furnishings for STOCK Development’s Cambria II model. Recessed lighting in the great room’s custom built-in wall unit warms the space with a subtle glow, highlighting the vertical step-back feature found on the same wall. Three-dimensional, metal art is stacked on the adjacent walls, enhancing the volume of the ceilings in the living room and dining areas. The burnished-gold lighting in transitional shapes adds a sculptural quality to all of the shared spaces. The marble-top oval dining table with a burnished brass base adds an air of sophistication, furthering the sculptural qualities of the art, lighting, and accessories throughout the model home.
