Holy Family’s curriculum serves a range of academic abilities. We offer 46 AP and Honors courses as well as support for students who can benefit from extra academic support. We provide a range of core curricular and elective courses to broaden your preparation for college. Three full-time Academic/School Counselors assist students with course selection, class schedules and personal and social growth opportunities. Holy Family provides students with outstanding preparation for success in higher education. This means giving students the academic foundation to meet the challenges they will face at some of the nation’s finest universities. It also means providing students with a personalized process of college advising with three full-time college counselors who assist our students in finding a college or university that represents an excellent personal and academic fit.

Holy Family emphasizes the development and education of the whole person: Spirit, Mind, and Body.
The Our Lady Queen of the Angels Chapel is the heart of the school. Daily Mass, Adoration, Stations of the Cross and Confessions are all offered. In addition, school-wide Masses are also celebrated monthly throughout the year. Our full-time chaplain is also available to all students for faith direction. All students are required to take eight semesters of theology and to fulfill the graduation requirement of community service through the Apostolic Ministry program. Students also participate in yearly retreats designed to detach them from everyday distractions to offer time to encounter God, and reflect on His love and plan for their lives.

Holy Family’s student life experience is designed to enrich each student’s academic journey while helping them develop spiritually, socially, and physically. Our students discover new passions, talents, and build a supportive network of friends and mentors— connections that will last a lifetime. Holy Family students develop leadership skills through a wide variety of over 30 clubs and activities. This involvement fuels our powerful school spirit. Holy Family draws students from 53 parishes and 35 communities along the front range.

Dress Code Holy Family’s dress code is designed to reinforce professionalism and responsibility. HF logoed collared polo shirts are available in multiple colors as are school branded sweatshirts or 1⁄4 zips that may be worn over a school polo. Long pleated or flat front style dress pants or knee-length shorts are permissible in khaki or black.
Athletics Holy Family athletic teams compete consistently for conference and state titles and send athletes to college programs each year. Our athletes push their personal boundaries and fuel the spirit and community of Holy Family High School. We offer 20 sports with 43 interscholastic teams: Football, Softball, Girls/Boys Soccer, Girls/Boys Cross Country, Spirit team, Girls Vollyball, Girls/Boys Golf, Girls/Boys Basketball, Wrestling, Girls Swimming, Baseball, Girls/Boys Lacrosse, Girls Tennis, and Girls/Boys Track & Field.

Fine, Practical and Performing Arts We believe in the power of the arts to stimulate creative thinking and are an important part of our academic curriculum. We offer a broad selection of choir, band, orchestra, and theater courses, ranging from introductory to advanced levels. In addition, students gain hands-on experience in our Fine Arts program with courses in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, and a variety of crafts-based arts. Whatever their choice, our students are inspired to take risks, find their passions, discover new talents, and experience the thrill of creative self-expression.
