Campus Dining Marketing Manager Lexis Meehan and Campus Dietitian Simone Gmuca 1. Lexis: Today we will talk about dining on campus. We just updated our team posters and they will be going up where you can see all of our names, titles, and emails. We just got Fernando back, our new director of operations. He has been doing a lot of great things. 2. Simone: I am the campus dietitian. I deal with healthy eating, dietary restrictions, and allergies. You are always free to schedule an appointment with me. We have “ask an ingredient expert” signs up and we started pushing this in the fall to highlight transparency regarding what’s in our food. You can ask me or the chef at that location. They will give you labels, packaging, and so on if you have any sort of accommodations that you will need. We do monthly newsletters regarding dining events and healthy recipes.
