Chair Peri: We allocate funds to clubs using the policy series. There are steps to the allocations process. Clubs submit budgets, these are reviewed and deliberated by committee, approved by senate and then funds are made available. Budgets are the most efficient way to obtain funding. Fall 2026 budgets are due Friday, April 3rd. Weekly appropriations meetings are for unplanned expenses that come up during the semester. The committee can overturn the policy series by unanimous vote. This can be overturned by senate. This is rare and only used when the policy directly hinders the mission of a club. We need quotes for funding. Off campus catering is only allowed in special instances. 2. Comptroller Skeldon: I am who clubs go to after they get their money. We fund in three categories: pride (5%), blue (58.5%) and gold clubs (33%). Funds are mostly only used for approved events and items, but funds can be reallocated once approved.
