President Poser: I will talk about AI, parking and our idea to put up a college town. First, for AI, I will be reiterating the two main reasons why we did the partnership with Chatgpt. So many of us are using it anyway and when we use the public version, everything we put will be out in the open. Sometimes you may put things that are personal and you don’t have control. A safer way to use it is our sandbox. Anything you put into our ChatGPT EDU, does not get trained on it. We know from employers that they are expecting college graduates to understand how to use it in their industries such as law and medicine. We felt that while you're in college, you have the opportunity to use it. We have revived a teaching and learning center, mainly for faculty, teaching them how to use it and how it affects certain areas. We thought it would be unfair if we weren't teaching you to use it for your industries. It remains at the discretion of faculty if it's used in the classrooms. You have to follow their rules. The administration is neutral. We
