• After logging in, you’ll see:
“Travel Assistance, Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains Benefits Enrollment Form”
Click Fill Out Form.
• Fill basic details
• Review coverage & submit payment
The plan includes:
• Medical evacuation
• Repatriation of remains
• Emergency travel assistance
Once you pay, it’s non-refundable, so double-check before submitting.
Click Confirm → Payment → Submit
• Download proof
After payment:
• Download the confirmation / proof of insurance.
• You will receive a confirmation email.
