All ships are non-smoking. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, and cigars may be used only in designated open-deck areas when the ship is not bunkering. In Casino Royale, cigarettes and e-cigarettes are allowed only for active players during operating hours or when open decks are closed for bunkering. Chewing tobacco is prohibited.

Wild Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, wild animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any wild animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our Officers or Crew.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Wonder of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 5 to 7 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may link other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk.

A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. After you have activated your Seapass card at any arcade machine - please contact Guest Services to set the limit. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise A ﬁnal statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services by latest 11:00 pm the night prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Host outside. The Host can also assist you with making changes to your reservation.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 USD gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Port Advisory for The Bahamas

On January 26, 2024 the U.S. Department of State issued a Travel Advisory, advising visitors to exercise increased caution while in the Bahamas. The full advisory can be found at http://travel.state.gov. Guests should be aware of their surroundings while ashore in The Bahamas, and follow all State Department guidelines.

Beverages and other Liquids

Local security authorities will dispose of any liquids returning to the ship. Unopened liquor bottles will be stored onboard for safe keeping and returned to guests on the last day of the cruise.

SeaPass Card and Photo Identification

Guests will not be permitted off or on the ship without their SeaPass Card. Guest 18 years of age and older require a Government Issue Photo Identification.

Shore Visits For Minors

Parents or guardians must not permit any guest in their care under the age of 18 to leave the ship in any port without responsible adult supervision.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

Local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Seapass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released after the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
