SeaPass Account
Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services Desk, Deck 5.
Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 7:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items or your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 1 after 5:00 pm to collect your luggage. You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
Smoking Only Permitted in Designated Areas
Casino, Active players during operating hours only. Open Deck, Deck 5, Starboard Side between Muster Stations 3 and 13. Pool Deck, Deck 9, Starboard Side. Indoor smoking areas permit tobacco cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Cigars and pipe tobacco can be enjoyed in designated outdoor areas.
Stateroom Requests
After 3:30 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Vision of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
Safety 1-2-3
In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Get in on the action and join us for complimentary learn-to-play sessions for our most popular table games. You’ll be playing like a pro in no time. 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Casino Royale, Deck 5.
