All Aboard: Your First Day

Staterooms are ready at 1pm; luggage delivery begins at approximately 3pm. Use the App’s safety icon to find your muster station and watch safety videos. Schedules are on ship time — sync your watch and phone.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Radiance of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Smoking

All ships are non-smoking. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, and cigars may be used only in designated open-deck areas when the ship is not bunkering. In Casino Royale, cigarettes and e-cigarettes are allowed only for active players during operating hours or when open decks are closed for bunkering. Chewing tobacco is prohibited.

Make a splash at the pool – but keep safety top of mind, too. Although lifeguards are on duty, adult supervision is still required for children ages 12 and under at all times on the pool deck.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit

The credit limit for cash SeaPass cards is $300. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card on the Royal App.

Seapass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released after the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

Wild Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, wild animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any wild animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our Officers or Crew.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 3340 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 3340 from your stateroom phone.

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network [Wi-Fi-Guest-Ship] and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to [WiFi-Guest-Ship]. On the pop-up, click “Access Internet" or type login.com in your web browser. GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Follow the below steps if you would prefer a self-led cruise disembarkation experience.

• Keep your luggage with you to avoid waiting.

• Assigned departure times run from approximately 7:30 am - 9:00 am.

Getting Off the Ship

• Watch channel 2 or check the Royal App for your assigned time.

• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made, proceed directly to the gangway with your luggage

• Taxis and ride shares are typically available just outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

• Use our luggage assistance service by placing your tagged bags outside your stateroom by 10:00 pm the night before.

• Assigned departure times run from approximately 7:45 am – 9:30 am.

Note: Guests needing wheelchair assistance or using Royal Caribbean transfers must check bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Go to your assigned departure lounge.

• Proceed to the gangway once your group number is announced on channel 2 or via the App.

ACCESSIBILITY

All three pools on the island include a pool lift, for assisted entry and exit from the water. There are clear and accessible pathways for wheelchairs to move over sandy areas.

After departing the ship, make your way to the departure pavilion within Nassau Cruise Port.

You will be required to show your SeaPass card to enter the pavilion.

You can embark on a Royal Beach Club Ferry at the same drop off location or either pier to return to the ship. The last ferry departure time is conveniently found at all Towel Huts.

The ferry will drop you off at the West Marina, where you will have the opportunity to explore the Straw Market and downtown area prior to boarding the ship.
