In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. Your ship offers Digitized Tender in the mobile app. To reserve your tender time for tomorrow’s port of call, open the app, connect to ship Wi-Fi, tap “Tender,” and select your party and time. Shore excursion guests are auto-assigned priority times. You will be able to start booking at 4:00 pm.

Make a splash at the pool – but keep safety top of mind, too. Although lifeguards are on duty, adult supervision is still required for children ages 12 and under at all times on the pool deck.

Take A Towel And Dive Into Adventure

With your SeaPass card, you can check out as many towels needed after each new adventure. Make sure to bring your towel back by 5:00 pm on the last day of the sailing. A $25 USD replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit

The credit limit for cash SeaPass cards is $500. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card on the Royal App.

Alcohol Policy

Bar personnel may request verification age for service. The minimum drinking age onboard ships sailing from North America is 21 and 18 onboard ships sailing from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Junior Cruisers Curfew: (17 & Under)

Please note there is a mandatory 1:00 am curfew for guests ages 17 and under every evening. After 1:00 am, all minors must be in their staterooms or participating in an organized Adventure Ocean program.

Children in Diapers

Due to public health regulations, children in diapers, swim diapers, pull-ups, or who aren’t completely toilet trained are not allowed in the pools, whirlpools, or the H2O Zone. The Baby Splash area is designated for children in diapers.

Getting Around in Santorini, Greece

The ship will anchor between Athinios and Fira, and it will be necessary to take a tender to reach the town. There are two ports on the island of Santorini: one for ferries and one for cruise ships. The ferry port is Athinios Port, also known as the “New Port” or “Thira Port”. The Old Port of Santorini (aka Skala) accommodates cruise ship tender boats and some private tour boats. The easiest and most common way to reach the Old Port is by cable car. It takes only three minutes. On the other hand, if you’re feeling adventurous and decide to walk to the port, it’ll be 587 steps up. Oia Blue Domes, you can reach there by public transportation from Fira and takes a 30-minute ride.

Reserve Your Tender Time in the Royal Caribbean App

Your ship offers Digitized Tender in the mobile app. To reserve your tender time for today’s port of call, open the app, connect to ship Wi Fi, tap “Tender,” select your party and time, and wait for a notification to head to the meeting point. Shore excursion guests are auto assigned priority times.

Fira Transfer

Shuttle service includes a tender boat ride to the port of Athinios and a bus transfer from Athinios to Fira town. Transfer is not guided, and no commentary is available onboard. Shuttle service has a set departure time from the ship. Return trips are at leisure, and lines are expected during peak times. Please refer to tour ticket for return times available. Book on the App or at the Shore Excursions desk on Deck 5.

Bringing Food Ashore

Due to port health regulations, food, including fruits, vegetables and drinks, is not allowed to be taken off the ship when visiting a port or a fine will be issued.

Wheelchairs on Tenders

Only collapsible wheelchairs will be permitted on tenders. Guests must be able to make a few footsteps to get on and off the tender. Crew members are not allowed to lift wheelchairs with guest seated.

Need a Transfer to the Airport?

You can book your transfers to FCO (Rome Fiumicino Airport “Leonardo da Vinci”) and the Rome Ostiense Train Station. Transfers to FCO is $79 per person one-way (the earliest transfer departure is at 6:45 am for flights that are after 11:00 am), while transfers to Ostiense Train Station are $95 per person one-way (transfer departure is at 9:30 am). Transfers can be purchased via the Royal App or at Guest Services located on deck 4. The deadline to purchase transfers is day 5 at Midnight.

From the cruise ship pier in Kusadasi’s harbour the town looks very attractive and passengers can walk to the promenade cafes and shops and then climb to Kale district where, inside the old city walls, there’s a mosque, a bazaar and some fine traditional houses.

Getting Around in Naples, Italy

Odyssey of the Seas docks in the Port of Napoli which is downtown. Taxi services are available outside the terminal building. Ferry Terminal is located on the left-hand side once you exit the terminal building. The Naples cruise port, known as Stazione Marittima, is one of Italy’s busiest, located directly in the city center within walking distance of the historic district. It serves as a major gateway for trips to Pompeii, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast, with the Molo Beverello ferry terminal immediately adjacent. Naples Airport (NAP): Approximately a 15 - 20 minute taxi ride from the port.

Ship to Shore in Santorini: Digitized Tender in the Royal Caribbean app Odyssey of the Seas will anchor in Santorini.

Tenders run every 20 to 30 minutes, with the ride taking approximately 15 minutes each way.

Do I need a tender ticket?

Yes. A complimentary digital tender ticket is required for guests wishing to go ashore before 1:30 pm.

• Guests may select an available tender time in the Royal Caribbean App for themselves and their travel party. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed and that you’re connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi network.

• Guests booked on Royal Caribbean Shore Excursions will be automatically assigned a digital tender ticket aligned with their tour time.

• Star and Sky Suite guests, Pinnacle Club members, and The Key participants are automatically assigned a priority tender ticket, allowing them to board a tender at any time.

How do I reserve my tender time?

You may reserve a tender time directly in the Royal Caribbean App starting on Day 2 at 4:00 pm.

If your desired tender time is unavailable and you do not have plans, please check out our available Royal Caribbean shore excursions in the app to make the most of your day.

When can I head ashore?

You will receive a notification in the Royal Caribbean App when it’s time to proceed to your designated meeting point with your digital tender ticket open and ready in the app. Make sure you stay connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi network to receive the notification.

Returning to the ship

Digital tender tickets are not required to return onboard. The time of the last returning tender will be published in the Cruise Compass, the Royal Caribbean App, and at the gangway.

Please be prepared for extended waiting times at the cable car stations The busiest times are anticipated to be around 1:00 pm going up to Fira and 5:30 pm when returning to the tender area.

Guests using scooters and wheelchairs / Those needing assistance

Our team is always available to assist you while boarding and disembarking tender boats.

• Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated on tender boats.

• All guests must be able to step onboard and disembark tender boats independently.

At the pier:

Access to the cable car station is available via an elevator or ramp located at the station entrance. Once your cable car ticket is purchased, you will be directed to Wagon #1. Assistance from a traveling companion may be required while inside the wagon.
