Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the (ship name) and cannot be taken off the ship.

Seapass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released after the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Junior Cruisers Curfew: (17 & Under)

Please note there is a mandatory 1:00 am curfew for guests ages 17 and under every evening. After 1:00 am, all minors must be in their staterooms or participating in an organized Adventure Ocean program.

Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our Officers or Crew.

Complete Your Mandatory Guest Safety Briefing

You can complete most of your mandatory guest safety briefing right in the app. Tap on “Safety” and complete the life jacket demonstration and emergency horn testing. Once onboard, just remember to stop by your assigned assembly station for a quick check-in.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services Desk.

Personalized Services for Guests with Visual Disabilities

Smoking

All ships are non-smoking. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, and cigars may be used only in designated open-deck areas when the ship is not bunkering. In Casino Royale, cigarettes and e-cigarettes are allowed only for active players during operating hours or when open decks are closed for bunkering. Chewing tobacco is prohibited.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A ﬁnal statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant to make a reservation.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 4800 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

Please note that local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Beverages and other Liquids

Local security authorities will dispose of any liquids returning to the ship. Unopened liquor bottles will be stored onboard for safe keeping and returned to guests on the last day of the cruise.

Take A Towel And Dive Into Adventure

With your SeaPass card, you can check out as many towels needed after each new adventure. Make sure to bring your towel back by 5:00 pm on the last day of the sailing. A $25 USD replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.
