Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal ﬂotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal ﬂotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken o the ship.

Safety 1-2-3

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Sta will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reuniﬁcation with their parents/guardians.

Safe Disposal of Medical Needles

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

Animal Sighting Advisory

Occasionally, animals may ﬁnd their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our o cers or crew.

Smoking Only Permitted in Designated Areas

Deck 4 Portside & Deck 12 Portside Aft. Smoking is allowed in Casino Royale only while actively playing in designated areas. Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas. Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you, with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Los Angeles Departure

Departure information is available on channel 7 with your Cruise Director Kelly. who will provide essential communication on the departure process tomorrow in Los Angeles. Please refer to the flyer sent to your stateroom for departure lounges and schedule. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, way finder maps and digital screens throughout the ship after this time. This is where the schedule will be continually updated. Please only depart the ship at your designated time.

Wheelchair Assistance

For wheelchair assistance in Los Angeles, please proceed starting at 7:30 am to the Boleros Bar, Deck 4 aft port-side, where our team will assist you with the wheelchair transfer to the terminal. Tonight, leave all your bags with luggage tags attached outside your stateroom door, no later than 10:00 pm. They will be delivered to the terminal where you will claim your bags in the area identiﬁed by the number on your luggage tag. This service is NOT for self assist guests.
