In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 USD will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 USD will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last morning of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 USD plus an 18% gratuity for each order. How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, an $18 50 USD gratuity ($21 00 USD for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.
Self-Assist Departure
Avoid the wait by keeping your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:45 am and end at 8:30 am. Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursions.
Getting Offthe Ship
• Tune in to channel 7 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times.
• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway with your luggage.
• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.
Regular Departure
Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 8:00 am and end at 9:30 am
Night Before
• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.
• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.
• Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.
Departure Morning
• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.
• Please be advised that terminal AA has restrooms only at the main terminal entrance, therefore we advise using onboard restrooms before leaving the ship
Getting Offthe Ship
• Once your departure number is called on channel 7 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway using the elevators nearest to you.
• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal.
• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Uber, Lyft and other ride share services experience longer than normal wait times within Port Miami. We recommend using local taxi service available or Royal Caribbean transfers to airports for those who need a more expedited experience on departure day.
• If you require wheelchair assistance, please proceed to Boleros on Deck 4. Assistance will start from 8:00am on a first come first serve basis. Wait times are expected of up to 40 minutes.
• Consecutive cruisers can use the pathway between MSC Terminal AA and Royal Caribbean Terminal A. The short walkway between the two terminals will help facilitate a smooth arrival.
Note: Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
How do I close my tab?
Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.
There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.

United States Customs and Border Protection prohibit meats, plants, fruits, seeds, soil & animal products to enter the country. Please leave these items onboard.

• U.S. guests (returning to the U.S.) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 USD per person and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 100 nonCuban cigars, and 1 liter of alcohol.
• Canadian guests (returning to Canada) need to declare purchases that exceed $800 CAD per person, and if they bring in over 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 100g of tobacco, 40oz of liquor, 51oz of wine, 24 12oz bottles or cans of beer/ale.
• U.S. and Canadian guests carrying cash, money orders, or traveler’s checks exceeding $10,000 must be declared upon arrival on both the Form 6059B and FinCEN105.
