Sanitization and fogging will occur daily from 3:30 am to 5:00 am in guest corridors. Please stay in your staterooms and away from guest corridors between these hours.

Open area Deck 4, portside Open area Deck 11, portside Casino Deck 4, active players during operating hours only. Indoor smoking areas permit cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Cigars and pipe tobacco can be enjoyed in designated outdoor areas.
SeaPass Account Hold Charge
You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) are for use onboard the Explorer of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
