Luggage Delivery
Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 6:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items and your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 1 midship until 6:00 pm to collect your luggage. After 6:00 pm please pass by Guest Services located on Deck 5.
Stateroom Requests
After 3:30 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration. You may place your requests using the QR code placed in your stateroom.
SeaPass Account Hold Charge
You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tampa Bay
If you want to be on deck when we pass under the Sunshine Sky bridge this evening we’re normally there approximately 2 hours after we leave the dock. Get your cameras ready.
The Nightclub Experience
Our Nightclub, for guests 18+ is open from 11:30 pm until late. The Centrum elevators at this time do not reach Deck 11. Should you need to use the elevators or require assistance at this time please contact Guest Services on Deck 5. Thank you for your cooperation.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Enchantment of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
Safety 1-2-3
In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.
Junior Cruisers Curfew: (17 & Under)
Please note there is a mandatory 1:00 am curfew for guests ages 17 and under every evening. After 1:00 am, all minors must be in their staterooms or participating in an organized Adventure Ocean program.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on Arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Restaurant Host outside. The Restaurant Host can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Room Service is available to guests 24 hours a day by dialing 53 with the exception of the first day of the voyage, when room service is available at 5:00 pm, and the final evening, when service ends at midnight Continental breakfast is complimentary. How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18 50 gratuity ($21 00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Mexico has banned all forms of smoking (including e-cigarettes) in all public spaces. Before you go ashore, please store them away in your stateroom. Failure to comply may result in fines and/or being detained up to 36 hours.

While over the counter and prescription pharmaceuticals may be readily available for purchase, counterfeit medication is common and may contain dangerous ingredients, including deadly doses of fentanyl.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on Arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations
Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Restaurant Host outside. The Restaurant Host can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Room Service is available to guests 24 hours a day by dialing 53 with the exception of the first day of the voyage, when room service is available at 5:00 pm, and the final evening, when service ends at midnight Continental breakfast is complimentary. How To Purchase Internet Packages
Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network WiFi-Guest-Enchantment and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to WiFi-Guest-Enchantment. On the pop-up, click “Access Internet" or type login.com in your web browser. For additional assistance, visit our VOOM Internet Service Desk on Deck 6.
GRATUITIES
How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18 50 gratuity ($21 00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
