Your stateroom will be ready at 1:00 pm. Luggage is delivered about an hour after we sail. Use the App’s safety icon to find your muster station and watch safety videos. Schedules are on ship time — sync your watch and phone.

Luggage Delivery

We understand the urgency of getting your bags, and we’re doing everything possible to get them delivered to your stateroom as quickly as possible. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items and your bag was locked, please proceed to Deck 2 starboard side midship after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.

Stateroom Requests

After 3:00 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed cinfiguration, ice, pillows & towels.

SeaPass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit or debit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled. Please note that the $99.75 is in US currency and the amount will vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant to make a reservation.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

Coffee Cards

Coffee cards are available at Cafe Promenade.

DEPARTURE PROCESS

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How To Purchase Internet Packages

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network Wi-Fi-Guest-Anthem and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items will be held for 30 days.

You’re on vacation - relax! Think Jeans, polo shirts, sundresses and blouses. But please keep swimwear to the pool deck. Shorts are welcome for breakfast and lunch.

How to Get Ashore in Port Vila, Vanuatu Port Vila offers markets, cafes, beaches and excursions to nearby natural and cultural attractions. Anthem of the Seas will be anchored offshore at Port Vila and will be utilizing tender boats to take you ashore and back to the ship. We will be distributing tender tickets on the morning of arrival in Port Vila at 7:00 am in the Theater, Deck 5 portside (left side of the ship while facing forward). Guests are required to collect the tickets only when they are ready to proceed ashore. We strongly recommend you to take towels ashore and collect them the day before from the pool towel station, Deck 14. All guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and a government-issued ID. All bottles of alcohol purchased during the visit will be confiscated by the bar team and returned to your stateroom on the last evening of the cruise. It is strictly prohibited to take ashore or to bring any food or drink items onboard. Please dispose of all food and drink items including coffee before proceeding to the gangway. Bottled water will be permitted. Please note that due to pier traffic flow, guests will not be able to return to the ship before 11:00 am. Plan your day accordingly. Last tender back to the ship departs the pier at 3:45 pm.

How to Get Ashore in Noumea, New Caledonia

Noumea, the capital of New Caledonia is a modern port city that blends French and Melanesian influences, offering markets, cafes, galleries, and nearby beaches. We will be docked in the industrial port of Noumea with complimentary shuttles going to town and back to the ship. The shuttle ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Please note that guests are not allowed to walk on the pier and the shuttle is compulsory. Please ensure if you are travelling in a group that you all proceed ashore together, as the space is limited on the pier and waiting is not permitted. All guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and a government issued ID. Guests visiting the duty free must carry their passport. All bottles of alcohol purchased during the visit will be confiscated by the bar team and returned to your stateroom on the last evening of the cruise. Last shuttle back to the ship departs at 5:00 pm.
