The best way to prevent colds, flu and gastrointestinal illnesses- such as Norovirus- is to wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after bathroom breaks and before eating.

Seapass Account
You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

The company provides personalized service to all guests with visual disabilities across the fleet, in compliance with the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and EU Regulation 1177/2010.
Luggage Delivery Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 6:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items or your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 1, midship lobby area, after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.
Stateroom Requests After 3:00 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration.
Safe Disposal of Medical Needles Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

Personalized Services for Guest with Visual Disabilities
Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)
For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) are for use onboard the Explorer of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
Cruise Vessel Security & Safety Act (CVSSA)

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.
Smoking Only Permitted in Designated Areas
Open area Deck 4 & 11, portside All Royal Caribbean ships are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) except for designated areas in the Casino (for active players only while playing) and the open decks. Please be sure to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco.
