It’s been a pleasure to welcome so many of you back after the winter break.

Following such horrendous wet weather and recent storms, I hope you and your families have all kept safe and well. Thank you sincerely for your patience and understanding during this period, particularly with the challenging ground conditions, which have been greatly appreciated. As we move into brighter days, we’re looking ahead with optimism and enthusiasm for the season ahead. This issue includes highlights from recent months, details of upcoming owner events, and other updates we’re excited to share with you.
I also look forward to welcoming you to our new Devon Bay monthly team listening sessions, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet the team, share your feedback, and take part in discussions around future improvements. Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.
Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne holiday home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

There are still some owners who are yet to collect their £250 gift cards from reception for paying pitch fees on time. If this applies to you, please visit reception to do so.
New price structures are in place for private lets for 2026 and an editable form is now available from dvreception@hoburne.com
Our Dog Wash area by the old Sales Office will be complete within the next few months so watch this space!
Our Sales Team are enjoying their new sales lounge located in the old swim merchandise area by reception.

Vicky and Jade – New Positions
Vicky Gonzales has taken over as the new Guest & Owner Experience Manager and Jade Maher has stepped up to Guest & Owner Experience supervisor.
Ruby Promotion
Ruby Henderson has been promoted to Entertainment Manager.
Welcome Jonathan Jonathan Easterbrook has joined us externally as our new Food & Beverage Assistant Manager.
Welcome Harrison and Neve Harrison and Neve will also be joining us as part of our Entertainment team.

The Devon Bay team celebrated bringing home 7 Hoburne awards from this year’s Hoburne Conference Award Ceremony.
Thank you to all our amazing owners who took part in our events throughout October, November and December. Our Gin tasting afternoon, Novemberfest Winter Party, Gameshow afternoon and mulled wine and cider event all went down really went!
