It’s been lovely seeing so many familiar faces return to the park over the past month, despite the poor weather.

It’s been an exciting winter preparing for all the exciting projects and events we have planned for 2026. Some of these projects you’re already aware of, from the new fish to the fitness suite refurbishment.

While the weather has held up some of the work for the moment, the team are ready to go as soon as the weather brightens up. The new team and the old look forward to seeing and speaking to you over the coming months and explaining all the new concepts we are doing in 2026. Park updates

Mini fitness suite refurbishment

There’s lots of positive movement across the park as we continue improving facilities and preparing for a busy season ahead. The mini fitness suite refurbishment is now underway, giving the space a fresh new look and upgraded equipment to enhance the guest experience.

New fish stock!

Outdoors, both Mallard Lake and Kingfisher Lake have recently been boosted with new fish stock, improving the quality of angling for our keen fishing guests.

Disabled parking

We’re also progressing plans for new disabled parking bays around Mallard Lake to improve accessibility and convenience for all visitors.

2026 Hoburne Conference

We’re delighted to share more fantastic team updates as we move into the 2026 season. At the recent company conference, the park was proudly awarded Health & Safety Park of the Year, recognising the outstanding commitment and high standards maintained by every member of our team. Our Entertainment Team also shone brightly, winning Team of the Year for their creativity, consistency, and excellent guest engagement.

A huge congratulations goes to Tina Brittain, our Owner Experience Manager, and Jack Duncombe from the Leisure Team, who both received individual awards for their exceptional performance and dedication throughout the year.

We’re also pleased to celebrate internal growth within the team, with Louise recently promoted to Supervisor within our Owners Experience Team. This is a

Leisure and F&B facilities

On the leisure front, the adventure golf refurbishment has officially started, bringing a more modern and interactive feel to the course. Behind the scenes, a new street food style concept is also in development, with plans to launch on park later this year. More details to follow soon.

Cheltenham Festival

And finally, excitement is building for the upcoming Cheltenham Festival, with preparations in place to make sure guests can enjoy the event atmosphere across the park.

Team news

well-deserved step forward for Louise, and we’re excited to see her continue to develop in her new leadership role.

Goodbye Terri

As we welcome a number of new starters for the 2026 season, and many valued team members returning from 2025, we also take a moment to say a fond farewell to Terri George. Terri will be relocating to another Hoburne park to continue her professional development in a new and challenging environment. We thank her for her contribution and wish her every success in this next chapter.

Welcome to Paddy

Looking ahead, our new Food & Beverage Manager, Paddy, will join us in early March and will be in touch with you all soon as he settles into his role.

Plenty to be proud of, plenty to look forward to. Well done team, and here’s to an exceptional season ahead.

So far this year...

Our 2025 Owners’ Events calendar was a huge success, with brilliant participation across every activity. From the energy and atmosphere of NovemberFest, to the magical evenings exploring the Blenheim Palace Christmas Lights, and the family-friendly fun at Cotswold Farm Park. It was fantastic to see so many owners getting involved and creating lasting memories together. Each event was extremely well attended, and the positive feedback has been overwhelming.
