西藏非遗传统舞蹈文化活体研究 ——以热巴舞蹈为例 泽吉 （西藏大学艺术学院，拉萨 850000）
【内容摘要】西藏非遗传统舞蹈作为藏民族文化的典型艺术形式之一，在藏民族文化的长期浸染下， 仍保持着自身丰富的活态特性，顽强生存。我们可以从非遗传统舞蹈窥见藏族历史文化的丰富性和多样性， 及不同地市呈现出的传统文化的共性特征和区域文化的个性特征。本文重点以藏族热巴舞蹈发展为个案研 究，探寻其历经数百年发展演变的过程，发现其在发展过程中，既立足传统又关注现实与未来，并坚持不 懈地通过多途径自我主体探寻，构建出饱含藏民族民族性的文化形象。

Research on the inheritance and development of Tibetan traditional folk dance from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage

Ze Ji (School of Art, Xizang University，Lhasa850000,China) Abstract：As one of the typical art forms of Tibetan culture, the traditional Tibetan intangible cultural Heritage dance still maintains its own rich living characteristics and surviunder the long-term influence of Tibetan culture. We can see the richness and diversity of Tibetan history and culture from the traditional dance of intangible cultural heritage, as well as the common characteristics of traditional culture and the personality characteristics of regional culture presented in different cities. This paper focuses on the development of Tibetan Reba dance as a case study, exploring the process of hundreds of years of
