2025 4th Annual T3 Brangus Pine Belt Alliance Fall Production Sale • November 22, 2025

PINE BELT

Welcome

Where has time gone? Seems like yesterday we were here writing an article for our customers but here we are again. My family and I personally want to invite you to join us at our Fourth Annual T3 Brangus and Pine Belt Alliance sale. There is a lot of blood, sweat and tears that goes on between sales, but all the hard work will pay off because sale day is finally upon us. We would never have gotten to this stage of the game without the love and support from family and friends that have helped guide us along the way. My wife, daughter, and son are the true warriors for allowing me to do what started out as a hobby and get to where we are today, hosting our fourth Pine Belt Alliance Sale.

We have been striving day in and day out to provide our customers with a quality product that will go out and perform for them and make the profits necessary, and we believe that we have achieved that goal. The U.S. cow herd numbers are at record lows and beef demand at an all-time high; it seems to me, the time is now to rebuild a cowherd. Economists are predicting this market to stay at this high mark for the next 2-5 years, so there is no better time to be in the cow business. We will have over 300 bulls and females for you to choose from and we think this is the best set that we have assembled at a public auction. Our bulls are graded and culled hard for disposition and structure. The ones that are left are raised to go out and work and add pounds on the ground with the calves they make for you. The replacement females our bulls will produce will be females that you can keep and be happy with for a long time. As far as the registered females in the offering we will have something for everyone, including all of our G model females as well as some hand picked bred and open heifers. On the commercial females, we will have both bred and open heifers that are as fine as walks. I get numerous calls looking for Brangus females as they are very hard to come by, I will confidently tell you here is your opportunity. The majority of the commercial females are consigned by long time customers and will be either out of Pine Belt Alliance bulls or bred to PBA bulls so I consider that a grand opportunity.

With all that being said, we look forward to seeing new and old faces and sharing a laugh or a handshake in Purvis, MS on November 22, 2025. If the Pine Belt Alliance can help you in any way possible please don’t hesitate to ask. And as the saying goes EAT MORE BEEF!

Your Friends,

Trey, Holly, Harrison & Cohen Cuevas

Proven herd sire. What an incredible opportunity to own one of the most popular herd sires in the breed. He was our selection of the CDP sale in 2021 and now with numerous daughters in the herd, it is time for him to roam new pastures. He has generated over $50,000 in semen sales in addition to the hundreds of thousands of dollars in progeny sales between Draggin M, T3, JM and countless other programs.

Dutton is one of the truly amazing genetic anomolies in the entire breed with top 3% CED, 4% BW, 5% WW and 10% YW. These curve bending genetics are rare, especially when backed by elite carcass and maternal traits as well. He is the total package with an amazing 13 traits in the top 20% or better. In addition to elite genetics, Dutton stamps every calf with a wide top and a big hip as a signature of a true beef bull. Buy yourself rich with this herd sire.

Selling 100% semen interest and full possession along with 100 units of semen already in storage at IBS.

She is averaging 11 good embryos per collection and is set to make a huge impact for her next owner.

MOSELLE MS

TIM JEFFCOAT

5 Fall Breds

Tim Jeffcoat needs no introduction when it comes to cattle ranching in South MS. The Jeffcoat name is known for having extremely good females and he has given us a shot the past 4-5 years to use our bulls and these females are some of those that he brought for you today. One thing Tim does is lets his heifers develop out a lil longer before breeding so these will be big stout females so there should be no calving troubles. They will be bred to Low BW Pinebelt alliance bulls and should start calving December and early January. Buy with confidence here.

These females work, they will breed back “On Time Every Time”. Matter of fact I am going to give Mr. Bob that new nickname next time I see him. If you are looking for some recip females for embryos I always recommend the Robinson Females. These will be bred for an early Jan-

26 Spring Bred Heifers

What a fancy set of females right here. Maybe the best set that long time consignor Bill Rivers has brought to us. We had the opportunity to go up and scan these females a few months ago and I was very pleased with what I saw. These are the right kind and have that Brangus look an eye appeal to them. There will be roughly 26 in this group and they will start calving early January into February for you. All of these will be bred back to Low BW Pinebelt Alliance bulls and one thing about Mr. Bill he doesn’t hold back on buying bulls so be sure and check these females out cause the calves that are coming should be special!

Here is another outstanding set of open females from Cole and Whitney Branch over in Foxworth. They are 4th time consignors with us and have been buying our genetics for over 7 years. They sent me a photo of a Hollywood son the other day that looked like a million bucks and he was going on 8 years old. Year in and Year out I get asked about open heifers from people all across the country and I say good luck finding them cause they are hard to come by. Well today my friends is your opportunity. TERMS &Conditions

BIDDING

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

TERMS

The terms of the sale are cash, check or money order at the conclusion of the sale. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation of the seller to see that animals are fed and cared for until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs sooner. After 48 hours a maintenance fee of $5.00 per day will be assessed until pickup unless Pine Belt Alliance sale staff arranges shipment.

SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES

Buyers may purchase bulls through the owners or personnel at auction without viewing the cattle. For sight unseen purchases, the buyer has the right of inspection at the time of delivery. If the animal is deemed unsatisfactory, it may be reloaded on the delivery truck and returned to the owners at no obligation to the buyer. All transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the seller. If the animal is deemed unsatisfactory within one week of the purchase, the buyer may at their expense, return the animal to the owner’s ranch for a full refund of the purchase price. Sight unseen policy does not include purchases made via DVAuction.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY

A transferred certificate of registry will be furnished to the purchaser for each registered animal once proper settlement has been made.

HEALTH

Health papers suitable for interstate shipment will be furnished on all animals.

GENETIC CONDITIONS

All carriers or potential carriers of any known Genetic Conditions are noted in this catalog. All animals not noted as tested, have not been tested and sell as is with no further guarantees.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Any changes from the information of any kind in this catalog will be provided in a sale day supplement sheet or announced from the auction block and such information shall take precedence over cataloged information.

BREEDING GUARANTEE

All animals are guaranteed to be breeders with the exception of: injury or disease occurring after the sale, gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the purchaser, or death by any reason.

Any bull which settles cows by natural service and passes a fertility test made by competent veterinarians, mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller, during any six month period of trial (provided for in paragraph 2 of the section of these sales terms and conditions entitled “Options and Privileges of Return or Adjustment”) shall be considered a breeder.

This is not a life insurance policy. Seller will not replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason. We would suggest that normal care still needs to be exercised toward these animals and that yearling bulls should be fed so they can continue to develop properly. Options and Privileges of Return or Adjustment

All claims for adjustment or refund must be made in writing within six months of the sale date. In the event an animal is claimed to be a non-breeder, the animal may be returned to owner’s ranch, if in good condition and complying with the health requirements of their state. The seller shall be entitled to a six month trial following the return of the animal in which to prove that the animal is a breeder. If at the end of six months the seller is unable to prove the animal is a breeder, the seller shall at the option of the buyer replace the animal with another of equal value or issue a credit for the initial selling price. If the seller proves the animal to be a breeder, it shall be the obligation of the purchaser to take delivery of the animal and pay all expenses incurred for transportation.

If an animal is sold and at a later date proves not to be eligible for registration under association rules, the seller shall be obligated to make a satisfactory adjustment on the purchase price to the buyer, refund the purchase price or issue a credit for the initial selling price upon the return of the animal to the farm of the seller.

If an animal is sold and through DNA is proven to have incorrect parentage as represented by the certificate of registration, and for which the parentage can be determined, the seller shall be obligated to make a satisfactory adjustment on the purchase price to the buyer, refund the purchase price or issue a credit for the initial selling price upon the return of the animal to the farm of the seller.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal and shall be equally binding on both. Other than the guarantees and warranties stated above, no other warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Each sale or resale of an animal constitutes a separate transaction. Neither bull owners nor any other person connected with the management of the sale, assumes any liability, legal or otherwise.

Explanation

EPD EXPLANATION

Registration Number: Cattle noted with “R” number are Registered Brangus. Those noted with a “UB” number are Ultrablacks, indicating they are a Brangus-Angus blend.

Polled/Scurred: Denotes cattle that are either smooth polled or have the presence of scurs or slick spots. Those bulls noted as “scurs” typically have had scurs removed post-weaning.

Genetic Conditions: Indicates genetic condition status with “Free” indicating tested free or pedigree free of currently known genetic conditions. Prefixes noted with a “C” indicate that given animal carries a non-lethal recessive gene for that given condition.

EXPECTED PROGENY DIFFERENCE

Expected Progeny Difference (EPD): The genetic predictor of how future progeny of each animal are expected to perform relative to the progeny of other animals listed in the breed database. Most of the cattle in this sale will have Genomically Enhanced EPD (GE-EPD – ) values which means that their EPD value includes DNA marker information in addition to traditional performance and pedigree data leading to more reliability and higher accuracy.

Percentile Ranks: Ranks each given EPD trait against the breed population and expressed as a percentage ranking with 1% being top of the breed.

Calving Ease Direct (CED): predicts the difference in the percentage of unassisted births when used on heifers. The higher the number the more desirable for calving ease.

Birth Weight EPD (BW): predicts the difference, in pounds, for birth weight of progeny

Weaning Weight EPD (WW): predicts the difference, in pounds, for weaning weight of progeny adjusted to 205 days of age.

Yearling Weight EPD (YW): predicts the difference, in pounds, for yearling weight of progeny adjusted to 365 days of age.

Milk EPD (Milk): predicts daughters’ maternal contribution to weaning weight of the calf through milk production, behavior, immunity and other maternal factors.

Total Maternal EPD (TM): predicts the difference, in pounds, of daughters’ calves at weaning due to the combination of maternal ability and weaning growth genetics.

Calving Ease Maternal (CEM): predicts the difference in the percentage of unassisted births of first-calving daughters. The higher the number the more desirable for calving ease.

Scrotal Circumference EPD (SC): predicts the difference in centimeters of progeny testicular size. SC is also an indicator for age of puberty with higher SC reaching puberty earlier.

Ribeye Area (REA): predicts the difference in square inches of ultrasound ribeye area. This is highly correlated with carcass REA size used in USDA Yield Grade calculations.

Intramuscular Fat (IMF): predicts the difference in percent intramuscular fat. This is highly correlated to carcass marbling that determines USDA Quality Grade.

Cow Weight EPD (CW WT): predicts the difference, in pounds, for mature weight of daughters.

Heifer Pregnancy EPD (Heif Preg): Predicts the probability that first-calving daughters will become pregnant. Expressed as a percentage.

Breed Back EPD (Breed Back): Predicts the probability that second-calving daughters will become pregnant after having their first calf. Expressed as a percentage.

Number of Calves EPD (Num Calves): Predicts the difference in number of calves that daughters will produce in their lifetime. The higher the number, the more calves are expected in their lifetime.

Terminal Index (Term): A bio-economic index that evaluates multiple traits to predict genetics best suited for selling calves on the rail that will excel at both growth and carcass traits. The higher the index, the more profit potential exists for progeny sold on the rail.

Fertility Index (Fert): A bio-economic index that evaluates multiple traits to predict genetics best suited for producing replacement females. The higher the index, the more profit potential exists for daughters kept in the herd.

PARENT VERIFICATION (PV • SV • DV)

PV – Parent Verified – both parents have been confirmed by DNA. Only if both parents also have DNA on file can an animal be Parent Verified.

SV – Sire Verified – the sire has been confirmed by DNA. The dam does not have DNA available for testing.

DV – Dam Verified – the sire has been confirmed by DNA. The sire does not have DNA available for testing.
