information Useful Information Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. Please note that delays will result in reduced treatment times. Should you wish to use the Spa facilities prior to your therapy (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and silent room), a cost of â‚Ź30 for two hours will apply. Please bring your swimwear if you intend to use the Spa facilities. We provide daily private key lockers, bathrobe and slippers. For hygiene reasons, you are kindly requested not to use the pool following Spa treatments because of the residue left in the water from essential oils used. Please turn off your cellular phones during your Spa visit. children Children under 16 years of age are allowed to swim in the indoor pool from 14:00 to 19:00 only if they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. One adult can supervise maximum two kids. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the gym, sauna and steam room.
