This hair massage space design emphasizes tranquility and peace, inspired by Japanese style. The soothing atmosphere combines minimalist elements, soft textures, and natural materials to create a serene environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Prime Location & Efficient Layout

This site plan highlights the prime location of the space, situated next to a plaza in a high-tra c area, ensuring excellent visibility and accessibility. The layout e ciently combines a hair massage space and a co ee shop within a single unit, o ering a seamless ow between both areas.

Space Optimization

The reception area, located at the entrance, features a sleek desk and a wellness product display, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The layout promotes smooth tra c ow, o ering easy check-ins and setting the tone for the spa experience.

Despite the unit's angular design, we maximized space with seven rooms, including two double rooms, allowing nine customers to be served at once. A door connects the spa to the co ee shop, where friends and family can wait.

The co ee shop, with a back kitchen and seating for 50, enhances the overall experience.

This elevation showcases the product display design, making e cient use of the wall space by dividing it into several sections to accommodate di erent product needs.

Embracing the essence of Chinese tea culture this bubble tea shop design creates a serene and welcoming ambiance, blending traditional elegance with modern aesthetics for an inviting

Prime Location & Efficient Layout

A bubble tea shop’s success at Eglinton depends on location, marketing, and competition. Positioned near the escalator, this shop bene ts from high foot tra c, serving 100 to 230 customers daily.

The layout maximizes e ciency with three sections: an ordering area, a tea prep counter, and a back kitchen, ensuring smooth work ow and a better customer experience.

Material Harmony

The design incorporates various shades of green, seamlessly blending with natural wood to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

This harmonious combination strikes a balance between modern aesthetics and traditional charm, evoking a sense of tranquility while re ecting cultural heritage.

The storefront features a CNC wood panel with a delicate tea leaf pattern, reinforcing the bubble tea theme. A striking back feature wall near the waiting area adds depth and visual interest. The porcelain-tiled countertop enhances both style and functionality, ensuring durability and easy maintenance while elevating the overall design.

This Midea o ce and showroom design features a sophisticated gray wood theme, creating a high-end residential feel. The layout seamlessly blends comfort with elegance, o ering a modern and inviting space for clients and sta alike."

Building Interaction & Flow

This elevation highlights the unit and building design, focusing on how people interact with the environment. Strategic placement of elements like entrances and windows enhances the connection between the interior and surroundings, fostering a harmonious atmosphere.

Optimized Layout & Product Experience

We positioned all o ce spaces next to oor-to-ceiling windows, maximizing natural light and creating an open, airy atmosphere. The showroom, located at the entrance, allows employees and clients to experience products before entering the o ce. This layout e ciently accommodates up to 70 people, ensuring comfort and functionality for all.

Show Room

The showroom design maximizes space for product displays while dividing it into two sections: kitchen and laundry. Thoughtful integration of these elements creates the feel of a real space, not just a showroom.

The layout fosters a warm, inviting atmosphere, making visitors feel at home. Appliances are strategically placed throughout, showcasing functionality and maximizing space use while maintaining a seamless, engaging experience.
