Extended hours begin Saturday, April 4 We’re excited to expand our programming and respond to requests from our members for extended hours! The Highlands Ranch Metro District Board of Directors approved funds for extended operating hours at the senior center in 2026. Members are encouraged to participate in new drop-in and scheduled activities Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-noon. New programs that will be offered during the extended hours include: • Refresh Without Remodeling Your Home - Tuesday, April 7, 6:30-8 p.m.

• Bridge - Thursdays, 4:30-7 p.m.

• Yoga Flow - Tuesdays, 4:305:30 p.m.

• Core Conditioning Saturdays, 9-9:45 a.m.

• Mahjong Lessons - Tuesdays, 4:30-6 p.m. • Chair Yoga - Thursdays, 4:305:30 p.m.

The senior center’s new hours: • Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. • Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. • Saturday - 8:30 a.m.-noon • New hours begin April 4.

• Hobby Habit Craft Club Thursdays, 4:30-7 p.m.

• Continuing Watercolor Saturdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. • Chair Aerobics - Saturdays, 10-11 a.m.

More programming will be added in MyActiveCenter in the coming weeks.

Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon TUESDAY, APRIL 28 11:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. This invitation-only event recognizes the contributions of our wonderful volunteers, who help make the senior center a welcoming, vibrant place. We are pleased to celebrate our volunteers at this special luncheon. Registration is via HelperHelper.
