Active Adult Programs & Services LIVING WELL AND AGING WELL IN HIGHLANDS RANCH

SEPTEMBER IS HEALTHY AGING MONTH It has already been a busy summer as we continued lifelong learning and jumped back into outdoor activities, like a hike at Lair o’ the Bear, pictured to the right. In honor of Healthy Aging Month, in September we will offer complimentary introductions to activities that promote movement and remaining physically active. As the weather cools and we begin to move indoors, we will continue to meet up for in-person coffee chats, a fall trail walk, classes at the library, the annual Adult Health & Information Fair and more. AAPS information is posted at highlandsranch.org/aaps. For availability and to register visit highlandsranch.org/signmeup.

For information and updates regarding the Highlands Ranch Senior Center project, please visit highlandsranch.org/seniorcenter or contact Mike Renshaw at 720-240-4910 or mrenshaw@highlandsranch.org.

• For resource information, or to schedule a personal meeting, contact AAPS Coordinator Jodie McCann at jmccann@highlandsranch.org or 720-240-4922. • The AAPS office is located at the Metro District Service Center, 3280 Redstone Park Circle, Highlands Ranch. • Registration is required for all programs.
