Dear Vendors, We are thrilled to invite you to join us as an vendor at the 2026 Highlands Horse Show, one of the premier showjumping events on the East Coast and a growing destination for elite sport, art, and culture for discerning audiences from across the country. As we prepare for what promises to be our most exciting season yet, we want to share some significant changes to the exhibitor experience that we believe will make this the strongest commercial opportunity we have ever offered.
A New Layout, Built for Traffic For 2026, we have fundamentally reimagined the layout of our vendor village and the result is a location that places your business at the very heart of the event. The vendor village is moving ringside, directly along the path that connects all parking areas to the Legacy Club, our premier hospitality destination. This means every single attendee, from competitors and trainers to owners and spectators, will walk through or alongside the vendor village each time they arrive, depart, or move between the competition arena and the club. There is no passive traffic at the 2026 Highlands: foot traffic will be purposeful, continuous, and channeled directly through your space. This change reflects our commitment to ensuring that vendors are no longer a secondary destination, they are a central part of the Highlands experience. We anticipate a dramatic and meaningful increase in engagement compared to prior years, and we have structured our spaces and sponsorship options accordingly.
