ATHLETE HOSPITALITY INFORMATION

During the Discovery Land Company Masters (week one) all National Athletes will automatically be charged $2100 per athlete that includes ONE rider pass ($1000) and ONE discounted companion pass ($1100) to the Legacy Club Lounge. National athlete’s may cancel their companion pass only ($1100), but must do so before entries close at 11:59 pm on Friday, September 11. All passes must be cancelled via email at hospitality@highlandshorseshow.com For FEI Athletes that are not competing in the National divisions, one weekly pass to the Legacy Club Lounge will be automatically added to all athletes for $900. FEI athletes may cancel their pass ($900), but must do so before entries close at 11:59 pm on Friday, September 11. All passes must be cancelled via email at hospitality@highlandshorseshow.com One weekly companion pass is available at a discounted purchase prize of $1,100. If a companion pass is wanted it must be purchased by the close of entries to qualify for the discounted rate.

RIDER HOSPITALITY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview The Highlands Cup and Discovery Land Company Masters Hospitality Programs have been designed to enhance the athlete, owner, sponsor, and guest experience while helping offset the costs associated with premium hospitality services, food and beverage offerings, dedicated seating, athlete amenities, and event operations. The Legacy Club serves as the centerpiece of the event hospitality experience and will feature multiple curated hospitality environments and partner lounges, including: Discovery Land Company Lounge Highlands Lounge Airshare Lounge Alliant Private Client Lounge In addition to premium hospitality, guests will enjoy access to featured event programming, including: Discovery Land Company Masters Major League Show Jumping Team Competition Highlands Cup Grand Prix Bridlemont Concours The Gallery by Alliant Private Client

General Terms All athlete and companion credentials are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by event management. Hospitality credentials may be revoked for misuse, resale, transfer, or violation of event policies. All hospitality purchases are subject to availability and venue capacity restrictions. Event management reserves the right to modify hospitality offerings, operating hours, programming, and access procedures as reasonably required by operational needs. Access to certain event experiences, including but not limited to the Legacy Conversations Series, Fireside Chats, Bridlemont Concours activities, private receptions, charitable events, VIP experiences, and other special programming, may be limited by capacity, invitation status, sponsorship obligations, or operational requirements. Any additional hospitality credentials requested by either National or FEI Athletes beyond those specifically described herein shall be subject to availability and sold at the applicable published rates. Hospitality benefits provided through third-party organizations, leagues, teams, sponsors, governing bodies, or other event partners may not be combined with benefits provided under this Athlete Hospitality Program unless expressly authorized by event management. Event management reserves the right to verify eligibility for all hospitality benefits and determine final credential allocations in its sole discretion. DISCOVERY LAND COMPANY MASTERS (WEEK ONE) National Athletes All National Athletes competing during the Discovery Land Company Masters (Week One) will be automatically charged a Hospitality Fee of $1,000 per athlete. Additional Hospitality Passes National Athletes will automatically have a companion pass applied to their invoice for $1100. This pass must be cancelled by September 11, 2026 if it is not wanted. Table Purchases If a National Athlete purchases a Legacy Club table, the athlete's $1,000 Hospitality Fee may be applied toward the purchase price of the table. The following limitations apply: · Front Row Eight-Top Tables: A maximum of two (2) riders may apply their Hospitality Fee toward the same table. · Middle Row and Third Row Six-Top Tables: A maximum of one (1) rider may apply their Hospitality Fee toward the same table. A rider who applies their Hospitality Fee toward a table purchase may not transfer any hospitality credentials included within the Hospitality Fee package. For example, if a rider purchases an eight-top table and applies the Hospitality Fee toward the purchase, the rider and companion credentials included within the Hospitality Fee package will be deemed to occupy one at the table, leaving six (6) additional seats available for guests. Hospitality Fee credits may only be applied toward Legacy Club table purchases and may not be applied toward: · Cabanas · Any other hospitality product designated as a private hospitality offering Please contact the Hospitality Concierge for additional information regarding table purchases or hospitality upgrades. Accordingly: · FEI Athletes who also compete in National divisions shall not be subject to the National Athlete Hospitality Fee. · Such athletes shall receive only the hospitality benefits otherwise provided to FEI Athletes under this program. · Participation in National divisions shall not entitle an FEI Athlete to any additional hospitality credentials, guest passes, discounts, credits, or other benefits available exclusively to National Athletes. · FEI Athletes may purchase additional hospitality credentials in accordance with the FEI Athlete provisions outlined herein and subject to availability. The intent of this policy is to ensure that FEI Athletes are not charged duplicate hospitality fees while maintaining a consistent hospitality program across all athlete categories. 12

Horses entered in the International Jumper Division may not enter any national jumper class.

PRE-VET INSPECTIONS All horses must be pre-checked by the VD or VSM before entering the FEI stables and complete temperature registration in the Horse App for three days prior to arrival. Pre-check: Tuesday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Arrivals after hours must be scheduled with the VD.

INSPECTIONS All horses will be presented for veterinary examination & horse inspections as noted in the Definite Schedule in the FEI stabling compound.

DRUG RULES Conducted under FEI Medication and treating rules and procedures.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS Refer to FEI Definite Schedule regarding invitation to compete, FEI entry information, stabling, competition start orders, prize money breakdown and payment, and competition fees.

1. Federation Rules Every class covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF Rule Book and FEI Rules will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. LIFE, SENIOR ACTIVE AND JUNIOR ACTIVE MEMBERS SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CLASSES AT REGULAR COMPETITIONS. A NON-MEMBER MAY PARTICIPATE AS A HANDLER, RIDER, DRIVER, OWNER, LESSEE, OR AGENT AT REGULAR COMPETITIONS UPON PAYMENT OF A SHOW PASS FEE.

2. Entries Entries open on August 17, 2026. Closing date: September 11, 2026, or until full. All entries must have rider name, horse name, division selected, and USEF number to be accepted. Equestrian Digital will be available to update all information in your account prior to the opening of entries. Entries will not be accepted unless all information (including USEF numbers and division) and full payment is made. National Jumper entries are limited to 3 horses per rider, first-come first-served basis. Discovery Land Company Masters & Highlands Cup requires that entries are paid in full to be accepted. Non-Competing Horses: $500 per show (only if stalls are available) Online entries: www.equestrian.digital All entries must include a W-9 form and signed USEF Waiver Release form. Given the limited numbers of entries NO substitution/changes of horses or sections entered may be allowed Giv prior to the closing date of the entries. Accepted Entries are considered FINAL and NO REFUND will be allowed without a signed VET waiver. Upon management announcement of closing date of entries, entry substitutions/ changes may be allowed with permission of the OC. Participant shall be held responsible for their entries and fees of all horses entered by them or by their agents. After the entry closing date, if an entry is scratched or declined it may only be reentered as a late 37 entry and added to the bottom of any wait listed entries.

3. Entries & Nominations Nominations for all non-FEI Jumper sections close September 11, 2026. Post-nominations accepted with $100 late charge. Declarations must be received by the Competition Secretary no later than 4:00 PM the day before the class. Late declarations may be accepted at management discretion with a $50 late fee per class HOSPITALITY: See Hospitality Terms & Conditions on page 11 of this prize list. NIGHT WATCH: Required for all horses occupying a stall — $20 per horse per show. Horses checked 6 times nightly beginning at 7:00 PM.

4. Scratches Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a vet certificate is provided or at the discretion of the OC Office Processing Fee is non-refundable. Horses may drop down a division IF classes run on same days, subject to compliance with Zone Two regulations. Horses may not jump more than one class per day. The higher division entry fee will be charged. Official scratch forms must be submitted to the Secretary before the start of the class.

5. Stabling National stall (10’ x 10’): $575 per stall per week (includes 15 bags of shavings). National tack stalls are $ $550 per week FEI tack stall (10’ x 12’): $550 per stall per week. Initial bedding NOT included for FEI stabling. Stalls must be vacated no later than 7:00 AM Monday October 5 for horses not staying for week 2. STALL FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. No trailering in or working off trailers. Horses may not share a stall. Stables open Monday at 8:00 AM.

6. Competition Office Hours Open one hour before the first class; starts must be declared by 4:00 PM the day prior to competition. Wednesday hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

7. Account Settlement All accounts must be settled no later than 5:00 PM on the last day of each competition. A release from the Competition Secretary is required to remove any animal or equipment from the grounds.

8. Prize Money All entries must include a W-9 form to receive prize money. Prize money credited to show account. IRS 1099 forms issued to payee. Foreign competitors: The IRS requires 30% withholding. Foreign competitors should apply for a U.S. Social Security number or complete a W-8 Certificate of Foreign Status.

10. Animal Welfare Policy Upholding the welfare of the horses exhibited here is of primary concern to the Highlands Cup Horse Shows, Inc. and Morrissey Management Group, LLC. All horses must be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion and never be subject to mistreatment. USEF rules GR839, GR844, and GR839.4a will be strictly enforced. 38

11. Poling and Off-Sets Manual poling and/or use of bamboo off-sets are prohibited. Violation: $500 fine per incident and possible suspension from competition.

12. Use of Whips & Spurs Restricted to three lashes behind the girth per incident. Excessive or cruel use results in immediate elimination and 24-hour suspension.

13. Equine Vaccination Rule All horses entering the grounds must provide documentation of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within six months prior to entry. Documentation must include vaccine name, date of administration, and veterinarian or owner certification.

14. USEF Safe Sport All USEF Life and Senior Active members, and all participants with regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with U.S. Center for SafeSport training. All participants must adhere to the USEF Safe Sport Policy and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP). See www.usef.org.

15. Liability Highlands Cup Horse Shows, Inc., Morrissey Management Group LLC, and Keane Stud and their officials, sponsors and employees will not be held responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to any exhibitor, spectator, guest, rider, groom, attendant or other employee, animal or equipment. All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages caused by themselves, their employees, agents, or horses.

USHJA ZONE TWO JUMPER SPECIFICATIONS A M AT E U R J U M P E R Sections offered and requirements: • 1.00/1.05m Amateur Jumper • 1.10/1.15m Amateur Jumper Cross Entry: Rider: Riders that compete in any class over 1.25m are ineligible to compete in an Amateur Jumper class set at 1.15m or below at that competition. Any competition wishing to have further cross entry restrictions must clearly state them within the Prize List. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT For and in consideration of United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. dba US Equestrian (“USEF”) allowing me, the undersigned, to participate in any capacity (including as a rider, driver, handler, vaulter, longeur, lessee, owner, agent, coach, official, trainer or volunteer) in a USEF sanctioned, licensed or approved event or activity, including but not limited to equestrian clinics, practices, shows, competitions and related or incidental activities and Discover Land Co Masters/Highlands Cup (“USEF Event” or “USEF Events”); I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this Agreement (the “Agreement”): A. RULES AND REGULATIONS: I hereby agree that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all applicable Federation Bylaws, rules, and policies including the USEF Safe Sport Policy and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) as published at www.usef.org, as amended from time to time. B. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS: I knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily acknowledge the inherent risks associated with agricultural tourism and equine activities, including but not limited to horseback riding and equestrian sport, are inherently dangerous, and that participation in any USEF Event involves risks and dangers including, without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury (including broken bones, head or neck injuries), sickness and disease (including communicable diseases), trauma, pain & suffering, permanent disability, paralysis and death; loss of or damage to personal property (including my mount & equipment) arising out of the unpredictable behavior of horses; exposure to extreme conditions and circumstances; accidents involving other participants, event staff, volunteers or spectators; contact or collision with other participants and horses, natural or manmade objects; adverse weather conditions; facilities issues and premises conditions; failure of protective equipment (including helmets); inadequate safety measures; participants of varying skill levels; situations beyond the immediate control of the USEF Event organizers and competition management; and other undefined, not readily foreseeable and presently unknown risks and dangers

(“Risks”) WARNING: CAUTION: HORSEBACK RIDING AND EQUINE ACTIVITIES. CAN BE DANGEROUS. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Under the laws New York, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional may not liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. See SECTION 18-301-303 OF THE GENERAL OBLIGATIONS LAW. C. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that the aforementioned Risks may be caused in whole or in part or result directly or indirectly from the negligence of my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the USEF Events, or the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Par- ties defined below, and I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all such Risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses that I incur as a result of my participation in any USEF Events. I also agree to be responsible for any injury or damage caused by me, my horse, my employees or contractors under my direction and control at any USEF Event. D. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: In conjunction with my participation in any USEF Event, I hereby release, waive and covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the following parties: USEF, USEF Recognized Affiliate Associations, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), USEF clubs, members, Event participants (including athletes/riders, coaches, trainers, judges/officials, and other personnel), the Event owner, licensee, and competition managers; the promoters, sponsors, or advertisers of any USEF Event; any charity or other beneficiary which may benefit from the USEF Event; the owners, managers, or lessors of any facilities or premises where a USEF Event may be held; and all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers of any of the aforementioned parties (Individually and Collectively, the “Released Parties” or “Event Organizers”), with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss, or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) of any kind or nature (“Liability”) which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in the USEF Events, including claims for Liability caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties. E. COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues and no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. EQUINE HEALTH FACILITY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Amenia, NY – Out of an abundance of caution regarding the recent screwworm concerns, The Highlands has implemented additional health requirements for all horses arriving from affected states Effective immediately, horses entering the facility from Texas, Utah, or New Mexico must provide the following additional documentation: A statement of health signed by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of arrival. Additionally, horses arriving from affected states may only enter the facility between 8am and 4pm. Access will not be permitted outside of these hours. Upon arrival, all health documentation will be reviewed at the gate, and horses will undergo an inspection by our on-site veterinary team prior to entering the grounds. Standard Arrival Requirements: All exhibitors must upload required health documentation to their EventPass account prior to arrival. Once approved, a QR code will be generated for scanning at the entry gates through the EventPass mobile app or as a printed copy. Health documents will be verified at the stable entrance. Negative Coggins within 1 year. Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
